	Refund Policy

	Refunds are availed once approved by KenyaPesa under the following circumstances:
	-If you cancel the order and the funds have not been disbursed to the recipient.
	- If we are unable to deliver the funds to the recipient
	- If we cannot complete the transaction due to legal or logistic restrictions
	- If we deliver the funds to another party other than the specified recipient.

	Any service provider fees incurred for a transaction will not be refunded.
